CONSULTATION FOR REGISTRATION PROCESS

1. Registration Process (GP clinic or Dental)

For clinic (GP clinic or Dental), you need to complete the Form A to make pre-registration with MOH. It included many of document that need to be ready before JKN (UKAPS) will process the Form A. For make it easier for you, we can handle this documentation with minimum charges. It will save your money and time.

2. Registration Process (Haemodialysis, Maternity, Private Hospital, Specialist)

This registration process will include many stages to complete the Form 1 and Form 3. Before we proceed to Form 3, we must completed the Form 1 that included 'Zoning Process' that compulsory by MOH before we can setup any facilities.

CONSULTATION FOR RENOVATION PROCESS

You need to know, not all contractor & architect know the MOH spec for renovation process. There was a case many clinic or healthcare centre do not pass the inspection by MOH. This situation can make you lost your money (investment) to make re-renovation your clinic to comply with MOH regulation. Good to know that with our experience we can consult your contractor or architect to avoid them make a mistake in renovate your clinic or healthcare centre. And of course we will charge you at minimum cost.We will personally do the checklist process for the clinic or healthcare centre before MOH come to make their inspection.

CONSULTATION FOR FLOOPLAN LAYOUT DESIGN

Every new registration for new clinic or healthcare centre need have a floorplan layout design to be submit to MOH. and it can be an headache for you to design a floorplan, good to know that we provide this kind of service and we only charge with minimum charges, low from market place. Wright design is crucial, because if the design is wrong the entire renovation will face a huge problem.
